Core Services
Every building is different, so we design a bespoke specification taking into account the cleaning needs of the building, the people who live or work in it, as well as your budget. Our cleaning contracts are designed to your specification and the needs of your building. Along with the operatives we also provide cleaning products, chemicals and equipment so that the price of your contract is kept down. We can also provide a full range of consumables such as hand soap, toilet rolls, hand towels and facial tissues. All our operatives are Enhanced DBS checked and fully trained so that the services we provide are carried out to a high standard and in accordance with all relevant health and safety laws and safeguarding requirements.
Extra Cleaning
Schools Offices Services Ltd provides a full range of cleaning operations such as one-off cleans, bio-fogging sterilisation, builders' cleans, floors and end of tenancy cleans. We also provide machine cleaning services such as buffing, scrubbing and polishing, supported by fully trained operatives and a comprehensive range of industrial chemicals. Grounds maintenance is also available such as general gardening and clearance along with tree surgery. Our Cleaning team is highly skilled and make light work of even the toughest jobs that you have. Maintenance
We are able to carry out any work from the smallest handyman jobs through complete boiler changes, electrical re-wiring and other large scale planned and preventative maintenance. We are able to provide you with a 5 year Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule if you so desire. Whatever the requirement, our highly skilled, uniformed tradesmen are fully trained to carry out their tasks professionally and to the highest standards and all our tradesmen are Enhanced DBS checked. They will leave your property in good, clean condition and with the minimum of disturbance to you. Our maintenance team has carried out a variety of work across 52 bulidings on behalf of local authority estate services in Harringey and Islington. The work has ranged from replacing taps to renovating vacant properties.
Site Services
We provide a wide range of additional site services such as Key Holding, Alarm Call-Outs, Grounds Maintenance, general Gardening, Tree Surgery and expert Window Cleaning. We use a reach and wash system that eliminates the need for cradles, harnesses or other additional costs. The system has a reach of 85ft / 8 floors and uses 35% recycled rain water and is therefore better for the environment. This means we can provide cost effective window cleaning along with our other site services. We also provide painting and decorating services for any area you need to freshen up, along with a wood work service to seal and varnish any wood work.
